I am not done with this wrap thing by far!!! I love this thing so much right now and just want to tell everyone to try it, so far I have done only 2 wraps (one a week) and here are my results from this week alone!

How to wrap at home with It Works wraps
For many who are out of the area and cant get here to McKinney but want to try the wraps your self at home, you can order direct from my site caseymae.myitworks.com.
When you get the wrap it will come in a small cute little package, inside this package is where the magic is!
Before you apply the wrap, you are going to want to measure yourself and also take your "before" picture, you will see with the measure tape but pictures are worth 1000 words!
You are going to want to measure in 3 spots if you are applying to your stomach area.
Once you have done your measuring and picture taking, the fun starts! You are going to want to exfoliate your area good, a good way is to get which hazel pads and use those, they work great and really open up your pours, which is better for the It Works solution to get right to those fat cells it is going to be targeting.
once you have done your exfoliating it is time for you to apply the wrap. Make sure when you apply you make sure the wrap is laying flat on the target area (no air bubbles).
You can secure this in place with a few different things, I recommend saran wrap, but make sure you are not apply that around your waist so tight you cant breath! You can also use spank or some sort of shape wear as well, anything that you know will keep the wrap in place.
You are not going to want to shower after wards so a good time for the wrap is after you shower, but make sure you are not using a heavily scented products.
You also want to make sure during the wrap session you are not working out or causing your body to sweat, the solution needs to penetrate your cells and if you are sweating it is pushing it all back out, don't work out after either.
once the wrap is secure in place, you will leave on a min. of 45 minutes but you can leave on longer. I love explaining this because 75% of the people that are skeptical, are skeptical because they think it will just come back a few days later.
The body wrap ingredients promote Lipolysis. This literally means "fat-breaking". The solution on the wraps penetrates your skin and gets into the fat cells.
